TERMINATION & REFUND POLICY
MISD Technologies, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CEASE PROVIDING THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME AND INSTEAD, AS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, REFUND THE FEES PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICES FOR THE TIME PERIOD, IF ANY, AFTER TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES. IF YOU BREACH THE TERMS NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED. OTHER THAN PROVIDING A REFUND WHEN WE TERMINATE FOR OUR CONVENIENCE, MISD Technologies WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD-PARTY FOR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT UPON TERMINATION MISD Technologies MAY IMMEDIATELY DEACTIVATE OR DELETE YOUR USER ACCOUNT AND ALL RELATED INFORMATION AND FILES IN YOUR USER ACCOUNT AND/OR BAR ANY FURTHER ACCESS TO THE SERVICES.
In any scenario, where refund is asked for the service provided, due to issue not resolved/issue reoccurred/customer not satisfied, please call us on +1 (888) 445 7537 before you contact your Credit or Debit Card Company. If you have called your Credit or Debit Card Company prior to asking for a refund from us, it may void the service contract or services that you might need from us. So we would strongly recommend you to call The MISD Technologies, LLC on +1 (888) 445 7537, and we will definitely take care of the issue or will initiate the refund accordingly.
For any incident plan, where Tech Support Representative are not able to resolve the issue and invoice is within 7 days of time frame, you will be entitled for a complete refund except transaction fee of 10%. If invoice is older than 7 days, no refund would be possible however support would be provided on basis of customer scenario and case to case basis. As an exception we may issue a partial refund on the sole discretion of the company.
For any term subscription plan like 1 year, refund would be possible only within first 30 days of purchase of plan. The customer must provide a valid reason for the dissatisfaction within first 30 days from the date of subscription considering that customer’s initial issue was not fixed /resolved and customer took help from someone else. After 30 days refund will not be possible. Within first 30 days, if initial issue is resolved and no other issue is pending, then the refund calculation will be followed as: Refund = Total Amount – < Pay Per Solution fee + 10% of Total subscription amount >e.g. If you have subscribed for 1 year plan i.e. $179, refund will be $179 – (Pay Per Solution fee $99 + 10% of Total subscription amount $17.9).
For any kind of paid royalty software or product refund, the refund will be possible within first 10 days of purchase only. There will be no refund after 10 days. Refund would be followed as: Refund = Total Amount – < 10% of Total Amount >
There will be a cancellation fee that will be applicable to any or every refund that MISD Technologies, will be issuing to customer.
